VideoPlayer doesn't track preparation progress and stutters during transitions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user attached "UnityTimelineXExample.zip" project
2. Open the "VideoEditing" Scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: The video doesn't stutter
Actual result: The video stutters during transitions
Reproducible with: 1.5.7 (2020.3.26f1), 1.6.3 (2021.2.8f1), 1.7.0-pre.1 (2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2)
Could not test with: 1.5.7 (2019.4.34f1) (could not resolve errors after downgrade)
