Video with alpha channel is displayed with two layers in Movie Texture
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add the attached video "867863-repro.ogv" to a project
3. Open the Inspector panel to see a preview for a video
4. Start playback for a video and simultaneously start playback in any video player to compare them
Expected behavior: Video looks the same in both Unity and in the other player
Actual behavior: Video is displayed with two layers. The first layer is a grayscale, the other layer is colored but transparent and increased
Reproducible: 5.3.7p3, 5.4.4p1, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b3

Сan work around the bug if convert to video with a pixel format YUV4:2:0p.
