Video Plays when "Playback Speed" is set to 0 in VideoPlayer Component only in Mac OSX
Steps to Reproduce.
1. Create a Project OR Open Attached Project
2. Add Video to Project
3. Drag and drop the video into Hierarchy view
4. Set Playback Speed to 0
5. Play the Scene
Actual Result:
Video starts even though Playback Speed is set to 0
Expected Result:
Video should not be played if Playback Speed is set to 0
Works fine on:
