[Video Player] Muting Game View does not mute video audio
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open project
2. Mute Game View
3. Play scene
4. Notice that sounds are not muted
Reproduced on version: Unity 5.6.0a2, 5.6.0a4
Video Player does not exist in earlier versions
