[Video Player] HEVC(h.265) videos are not played on windows machines
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Play scene
Expected: video will be played
Actual: video is not played, errors are thrown:
"WindowsVideoMedia error 0xc00d36b4 while reading video*.mp4"
"VideoPlayer cannot play clip video*.mp4"
Reproduced: 5.6.3p4, 5.6.5f1, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0f3, 2017.3.0p2, 2018.1.0b2
Note: Video is played properly on VLC or Windows Media Player
Video is played properly on Android and Mac
