[Video] Playback freezes for VR videos when playback speed is set greater than one
Playback freezes for VR videos when playback speed is set greater than one,
Steps to Repro:
1. Open attached project > open cross scene
2. Hierarchy > select player game object
3. Video player > change playback speed to 5 > play
Actual Result:
Video gets stuck in between while playing and freezes
Occurring with:
2018.1.0b11, 2018.1.0b5, 2018.1.0b1 ,2017.3.1p3, 2017.3.1.0f1

Windows 10 & Mac 10.13
