Video is not played when trying to play it in the Video Clip Importer preview
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "VideoClipImporter" project
2. Select "Repro" video in a Project window
3. In Inspector, Video Clip Importer preview window should be shown, press play button
Expected result: Video is played
Actual result: Video is not played and "WindowsVideoMedia error 0xc00d36c4 while reading..." error is thrown

Reproducible with - 2018.1.0a1, 2017.3.0b3
Not reproducible with - 2017.3.0b2, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.1.12p2
Fixed in - 2018.1.0a1. Fix will also be backported to 2017.3
