Video is not played in Timeline when using Video Script Playable Track from the Default Playables
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1264686-Sample.zip")
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: A video is being played
Actual result: A video is not being played (although audio can be heard)
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0a8, 2019.4.6f1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a19
Not reproducible in: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.3.0a7
