Video from Video Player is not updated immediately in the Edit Mode when changing its time in the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “VideoPlayerTest.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene“ Scene (Assets > Scenes > SampleScene)
3. Select “VideoPlayer” GameObject and open the Game window
4. In the Inspector window keep changing the “Progress” slider value
5. Observe the result
Expected result: Video is updated immediately
Actual result: Video is not updated immediately

Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
