Editor crashes on changing "Spatial Setting" for ".webm" formats
Steps to Repro:
1. Open the attached or create a new project
2. Import any video with .webm format
3. Go to its import settings
4. Enable Transcode
5. Change spatial quality > apply
Actual Result:
Editor crashes
