[Video][Crash] It's possible to enter negative and 0 dimensions for video transcoding
To reproduce:
1. Enable Transcode
2. Set Dimensions to negative values or zero
3. Click apply
Actual: If Dimensions are set to negative values, editor crashes (if dimensions are set to 0, error messages are thrown)
Expected: Editor should not crash and in both cases (zero, negative values) warning messages should be thrown in console
Reproducible: 2017.01a5, 5.6.0f1, 5.6.0b1
