Video component volume controls are not working
The video is still audible after enabling mute and setting its volume to zero
Steps to Repro
1. Open the attached or create a new project
2. Import any video and drag it in hierarchy window
3. Inspector > Video component > enable mute
4. Play the scene
Actual Result:
1. The video is audible when mute is enabled or its volume is set to zero
2. Audio intensity is not changing when the volume is changed
