[Video] Calling Play() doesn't start playing video if WaitForFirstFrame is disabled
How to reporduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Far Plane scene
3. Press Play Button and wait
Result: video doesn't start playing
4. Press Pause button and then Play
Result: Video is playing
Note: not reproducible when WaitForFirstFrame is enabled
