[VFX] Wrong type popup gets stuck
Reproduces on: 2023.3.0b3, 2021.3.34
Steps to repro:
1) Create a new HDRP/URP project
2) Create a new VFX Graph
3) Create two operators that have incompatible slots (float1 and sample tex in my case)
4) Drag float1 connection out and hover it over texture input slot
5) Hit escape to cancelĀ
6) Observe wrong type popup gets stuck and moves around with graph
