[VFX Window] Floating windows (Blackboard/Target GO) don't reposition when the window is resized
This issue was raised internally during a VFX workshop given by a member of the evangelist team.
Repro steps:
1. Maximize the VFX window (shift-space (shortcut can vary))
2. Open blackboard and move it to the right
3. Exit out of full-screen mode (shift-space)
4. Blackboard cannot be accessed
Notes:
- It's less of a bug that a UX consideration, but it can lead users to lose track of where blackboard is.
Perhaps a re-toggle of blackboard/target game object can re-position the floating window within the bounds if no part of it is visible?
