[VFX] Weird graph connector glitches
Version tested: only trunk so far
Steps to reproduce:
0) Start an empty HDRP project on affected Unity version
1) Import attached unitypackage
2) Open imported graph
3) Move mouse cursor around the Albedo node
4) Observe weird connector glitches flicker
