[VFX] Sometimes when VFX have not been opened they will not play in scene
Sometimes when VFX have not been opened they will not play in scene.
This is happening mostly in our AAA client project which is leading artists/designers to be confused, they want to preview for abilities and such but will only render once the VFX editor has been opened
- Steps to repro
1. Create a new HDRP+VFX Project
2. Make a new VFX Asset
3. place it in the scene but do not open it
4. Observe the VFX is not rendering
5. Select the VFX Asset and click edit
6. observe VFX is now rendering
