[VFX Graph] VFX in VFX component is replaced when dragging and dropping an effect on another effect in the scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Import the attached package
2. Open 'Scene' scene
3. Drag and drop _B vfx on _A vfx in the Scene View
Expected result: _A effect is replaced by _B
Actual result: Both _A and _B effects remain in the scene when _B is dragged and dropped to the Scene View
Reproducible with: 2021.2.16f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.33f1
Notes:
- Bounds of _A effect is set to 10, 10, 10
- It is not always necessary to drag directly to effect, sometimes it is reproducible by just dragging in to the range of bounds
