VFX Graph: vfx file is modified without doing any modification
Repro steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. See that vfx_WIP.vfx is not modified
3. Save project or close the project
4. See that vfx_WIP.vfx gets modified
Expected outcome:
vfx_WIP.vfx to not get modified
