[VFX Graph] Subgraph error message does not re-appear after reload until graph is dirty
How to reproduce:
# Create a new graph
# In Init context convert Set Velocty to Subgraph block
# Open Subgraph block
# Click on the error message !image-2022-10-06-14-54-45-377.png|width=323,height=71!
# Notice that error message disappeared
# Click Save button
Expected result: Error message appears when saving the graph even if the asset is not dirty
Actual result: Error message does not appear after reload
