[VFX Graph] ShaderGraph's Object Space to Tangent Space or vice versa conversion leads to invalid Tangent Space
How to reproduce:
1. Import the attached package to HDRP project
2. Open the Game View
Expected result: VFX Sphere looks the same as the sphere with regular material assigned to it
Actual result: VFX sphere is black
