VFX Graph based particle strips render with artifacts when using newer Adreno devices

-

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-96844" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" and enter Play mode
3. Observe the Game window
4. Navigate to the Build Settings window and ensure the Android Platform is selected
5. Build the project and run it on an Android device
6. Observe the Android Player

Expected result: VFX particle strips are displayed without any visual artifacting
Actual result: VFX particle strips are rendered with artifacts

Reproducible in: 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7
Could not test with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.3.60f1 (VFX Graph does not function as intended)

Reproducible on:
VLNQA00591, Samsung Galaxy S23 (SM-S911B), Android 14, CPU: Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, GPU: Adreno 740
Google Pixel 5 (Pixel 5), Android 13, CPU: Snapdragon 765G 5G, GPU: Adreno 620

Not reproducible on:
macOS 15.3.2 (M1)
VLNQA00498, Google Pixel 7 (Pixel 7), Android 13, CPU: Google Tensor G2 , GPU: Mali-G710
VLNQA00294, OPPO Reno Z (PCDM10), Android 11, CPU: Mediatek MT6779 Helio P90, GPU: PowerVR Rogue GM9446
VLNQA00333, Nokia 7 Plus (Nokia 7 plus), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon 660, GPU: Adreno (TM) 512
VLNQA00566, Samsung Galaxy S8 (SM-G950F), Android 9, CPU: Exynos 9 Octa 8895, GPU: Mali-G71

Note: On Oppo Reno Z, the particle strips do not render, and the player also exhibits poorer performance than other devices tested, making it difficult to determine whether or not the issue is present
