[VFX] Editor becomes unresponsive when choosing "Select All Properties" in Blackboard
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D (HDRP) project
2. Create VFX Asset (Project window > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph > Simple Trail)
3. Open VFX Asset
4. In Blackboard select + > Property > Color
5. Duplicate Color property multiple times
6. Right-click on the Blackboard and choose "Select All Properties"
7. Observe the Editor
Expected result: properties get selected, Editor is responsive
Actual result: The Editor becomes unresponsive when trying to select properties
Reproducible with: 17.0.1 (2023.3.0a15)
Not reproducible with: 17.0.1 (2023.3.0a14)
Reproduced on: Sonoma 14.1.1 (MacBook Pro Apple M1 Max)
