[VFX] Details Panel gets distorted when selecting to show or hide Details Panel
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D (HDRP) project
2. Create VFX Asset (Project window > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph > Simple Trail)
3. Open VFX Asset
4. Right-Click in an empty space of workspace and select Create Node
5. Select ">" to Show Details Panel
6. Observe the Window
7. Select "<" to Hide Details Panel
8. Obserce the Window
Reproducible with: 17.0.1 (2023.3.0a15)
Could not test with: 17.0.1 (2023.3.0a14) (Details Panel not available)
Reproduced on: Sonoma 14.1.1 (MacBook Pro Apple M1 Max)
