[VFX] Color property shows brighter color when entering color values
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "color Test.zip"
2. Open Assets > Scene > New VFX
3. Select the color to open "HDR Color"
4. Type (170, 0, 32) values to the RGB and observe color
Expected result: Chosen color is rendered
Actual result: Brighter color is rendered
Reproduced with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.39f1), 10.9.0 (2020.3.35f1), 12.1.6 (2021.3.3f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.1f1), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a13)
Reproducible on: macOS 12.3.1 (Intel), Windows 10
Notes:
- Issue exist with RGB and HSV color values
- If you use color picker, selected color will be correct, but not color code

Hi, from the Issu tracker i read that this is another teams responsibility. Will this Issu then be moved to a new bug or do i have to report it again or how does this work? Best Jules
