[VFX] Add a small marging around the text area in sticky notes
Steps to reproduce:
- Open or create a VFX Graph
- Create a sticky note
Actual results:
The sticky note's text area is to close to the edge
Expected results:
The text area has some margin around

Resolution Note (fix version 6000.3.0a5):
Improved sticky notes content margins so that text is not too close to edges. Also improved the margins for the title.
Fixed the sticky note content "auto scrolling" when typing text.
