Very small GameObjects are jittering when attached to a rotating Camera that's really far in world space
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "cameraJitter"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Game View
Expected: The cube is moving smoothly
Actual: The cube jitters a lot
Reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.1f1, 2018.3.0a5
Won't get fixed at least in the near future. Very big and very small numbers should be avoided.
