Vertical split of both "Preferences" and "Project Settings" windows is not staying alligned with the mouse pointer when moved
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the "Preferences/Project Settings" window ("Edit -> Preferences.../Project Settings...")
3. Press on the vertical line that splits the window and move it from side to side
Expected result: The line stays alligned with the mouse pointer
Actual result: The line does not stay alligned with the mouse pointer
Reproducible with: 6000.0.23f1, 6000.0.36f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.57f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Fixed in: 6000.1.0a1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
