[VertexShader] doesn't animate game objects
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open "Scene" scene.
3. Notice "palmtree_01" game objects(GIFs attached).
Actual behavior: objects are stationary.
Expected behavior: objects are animated.
Regression introduced in: 5.4.0a5
