VertexLit path is broken with Baked Lighting
Repro:
- Open GFX test project scene 145
- Bake the scene using LightBaker
- Observe broken vertex lit path
Note: Convert test to pre-baked and migrate baked part to LightBaker should be part of fixing this bug.
