Vertex snapping isn't working correctly under custom pivot settings
To Reproduce:
1.Open attached project
2.Open "MainScene" scene
3.Use Vertex snapping by holding down "V" key, while "Explosion" object is selected.
4.Notice wrong snapping of an object, when its pivot point isn't centered.
Notes:
This doesn't happen when tool handle is placed at the active object's pivot point, instead of center of selection. Also this happens for both, single and multiple, sprite modes.
