[VCS] Version control (Perforce) submit screen doesn't allow scrolling in the file list window with scrollwheel
Steps to reproduce :
- connect to perforce and import the Angry Bots project
- check out the Animations folder
- then submit it and in the submit window notice that you cannot scroll with the mouse wheel
