Vector3Int excessive GC allocation when used in List.Contains
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (Vector3IntGC.zip)
2. Open the "Main" scene
3. Open the Profiler and enable Deep Profile
4. Enter Play mode
5. Check the GC allocation of MyTest.ListContainsWithVector3IntUnityEquals
Expected: List.Contains doesn't allocate so much memory
Reproduced in 2017.2.2f1, 2017.3.1f1, 2018.1.0b8, 2018.2.0a1
