[ScriptedImporter] Renaming prefab assets throws a NullException
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. In the Project Window select the "Test" SVG asset
3. Rename it
4. Observe the console
Expected result: Asset is renamed without issues
Actual result: Asset is renamed and an "ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null." error is thrown
Reproduced in: 2020.2.0a19, 2020.2.0a12
Not reproducible in: 2020.2.0a11, 2020.1.0f1, 2019.4.4f1
