[Vector Graphics] Path with curves is not rendered correctly
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached "case_1300595.zip" project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The shape is rendered correctly
Actual result: One of the curves is out of line and the shape is not rendered correctly
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.33 - 2.0.0-preview.13(2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1)
