Vector Graphics package is not importing transparencies of SVG files
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. In the Project window select the “minus_hover.svg” Texture 2D (Assets > Sprites > minus_hover)
3. Right click > Reimport
4. In the Inspector observe the preview
Expected result: Texture is blue
Actual result: Texture is white
Reproducible with: 2.0.0-preview.19 (2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.12f1, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 2.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.12f1, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a4)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
