[VCS] Perforce/etc. settings could really use a separate entry in Project Settings sidebar
Today they are under "Editor" section, which is not very discoverable. Maybe a separate "Version Control" section?

The Version Control settings have been moved to its own "Version Control" tab (Edit -> Project Settings -> Version Control)
