[VCS][Perforce] Misspelled host name shows not very useful message in UI (actual reason is in log file only) wrt permissions
When P4 server has setup different permissions, misspelling one's hostname leads to a fairly generic "Couldn't fstat the project root directory. Please ensure that the selected workspace maps to project directory" message. The editor log file does contain a much more useful "Version Control: Client 'torbjorn_UT_A2_1' can only be used from host 'UnityThingy'" message, it would be useful if that was show in UI too.
