[VCS] Linear color space affects version control icons
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and connect it to Perforce
2. Change the Color Space to Linear
3. Observe the version control icons in the Project Window or the Project Settings Version Control tab
Expected result: the icons are the same for both Gamma and Linear color spaces
Actual result: the icons get "bleached" out on the Linear color space
Reproducible in: 2020.1.0a22, 2020.1.0a12
Not reproducible in: 2020.1.0a11, 2019.3.1f1
