[VCS] Connection detail fields show up empty after values have been set
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project in perforce workspace
2. Enable VCS perforce integration in editor settings
3. Enter value to any VCS field and notice that after clicking away or pressing enter it disappears
Note: actual values are still stored as it's still possible to connect, you just can't see what has been entered to the fields
