Values of DateTime.Now.TimeOfDay.TotalMilliseconds and DateTime.Now.Ticks does not match Time.realtimeSinceStartup
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open "Test" scene.
3. Enter Play mode.
4. Observe changing values.
Expected result: All values are equal.
Actual result: DateTime.Now.TimeOfDay.TotalMilliseconds and DateTime.Now.Ticks values do not match Time.realtimeSinceStartup.
Note: DateTime.Now.Ticks returns the correct value in Mac OS X. (Image attached)
Reproducible with: 5.3.7p2, 5.4.3p3, 5.5.1f1, 5.6.0b6
