Values in inspector are not updating, while in inspector value is grabbed and pulled left or right with mouse
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project.
2. Select "Directional Light" which is created by default.
3. Try to change any of its Transform or Light values by dragging a value with a mouse.
Expected result: Inspector updates values instantly, and their change is visible.
Actual result: Values not updating. They update only after clicking with a mouse somewhere in the Editor.
