[UX] - Column Layout does not favour Length unit when window is resized
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “test-UIToolkit.zip“ project
2. Open “SampleScene” scene
3. Open Test.uxml asset in UI Builder window
4. Resize the preview window and observe the columns
Expected result: Columns change their size with canvas size
Actual result: Columns stay the same size when canvas is resized
Reproducible with: 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a19
Could not test with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.14f1 (Due to errors in the Console window)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (Intel)
