[UWP][WP8.1][WSA] Unity prevents text to be copied from a native TextBox to system clipboard
To reproduce:
1. Build project for WP8.1 or UWP
2. Deploy project to Windows Phone 10 device
3. Wait until unity is fully initialized and extended splash is removed
4. Copy text from a native textbox
5. Try pasting in anywhere
6. Notice that text is not copied (the clipboard is empty)
Reproducible: 5.3.4p4, 5.4.0b16
