[UWP] UdpClient.Receive() throws an ArgumentException when API Compatibility is set to .NET 4.6
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open player settings, switch scripting backend to IL2CPP and API Compatibility to .NET 4.6 (Important)
3. Build for UWP
4. Open VS solution and deploy on local machine
5. Observe the errors in the development console
Actual result: use of UdpClient.Receive() throws an ArgumentException
ArgumentException: The supplied System.Net.SocketAddress is an invalid size for the System.Net.IPEndPoint end point.
Note #1: Not reproducible in Editor and IL2CPP build with API Compatibility set to .NET 2.0
Reproducible with: 5.6.3p3, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b11, 2017.3.0a7
