UWP TouchScreenKeyboard selection returns unexpected value when using arrow keys
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TSKBug2.zip" project
2. Build to UWP
3. Turn on Touch screen keyboard through taskbar
4. Open built solution in Visual Studio
5. Start Debugging on Release x64
6. Press the return key on a physical keyboard
7. Open the Touch screen keyboard -> write a bit using mouse -> click on a left arrow key
Expected result: Input text is the same as it was written
Actual result: The selection length becomes non-zero
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a5

- The issue is reproducible only on UWP
