At the time of installing UWP Support Setup, Welcome message is truncated. "Setup" word is not visible

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new Project
2. Switch Platform to Universal Window Platform
3. Click on Open Download Page
4. Once the Setup is downloaded, install it by double click on it
5. Click on "Yes" button in User Account Control Dialog box
6. Inspect the Welcome Message

Expected Result:
Welcome message is fully readable

Actual Result:
Welcome message is truncated.

Reproducible on: 2020.1.0a9, 2019.3.0b7, 2019.2.0f2, 2019.1.14f1

Working fine on: 2018.3.14f1

Environment:
Windows 10 only
