UWP project Solution (.sln) file opens VS 2015 instead of VS 2017
Steps to reproduce:
have both, Visual Studio 2015 and 2017 installed
1. Create or open any Unity project
2. Select "Visual Studio 2017" as your external code editor
3. Build for UWP
4. Open the built VS solution with 'Microsoft Visual Studio Version Selector'
Expected behavior: solution is opened with Visual Studio 2017
Actual result: solution is opened with Visual Studio 2015 along with 'Update Required' dialog
Reproducible with: 5.5.3p3, 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.0b6, 2017.2.0a1
Fixed in: 2017.2.0b7, 2017.3.0a4
