Win modules: UWP, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 are displayed in "Platform Browser" window
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new project
# Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles"
# Observe the Platforms list. UWP, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 are not on the list.
# Click the "Add Build Profile" button, which is displayed below the "Platforms"
# Observe the Platforms list. UWP, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 are on the list.
# Select UWP and try to install it through the HUB
# The module is not displayed
*Actual results:* UWP, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 are on the "Platforms Browser" list. A screenshot has been added to the "Attachments" section.
*Expected results:* UWP, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 should not be on the "Platforms Browser" list.
*Reproducible with versions:* 2023.3.0a7, 6000.0.14f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2023.3.0a6
