[UWP] Master build causes invalid IL warnings
Reproducible on 5.2.1;
Repro steps:
1. Create an empty project and built it to WSA Universal 10;
2. Build and run generated solution on master configuration. Observe in the output:
"Exception thrown: 'System.AggregateException' in System.Private.WinRTInterop.CoreLib.dll"
